研究方向
1. 自旋电子学
研究内容主要包括: 自旋输运的机理和调控,Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya相互作用,Skyrmion,磁性隧道结,巨磁电阻,交换偏置等。
2. 量子材料:拓扑绝缘体,Weyl半金属等
2. 新型功能材料:探索新型材料在自旋电子学中的应用。拓展新的功能,例如柔性器件。
